Refund policy
Rings — Fit or Credit
If a ring size is wrong, we offer Fit or Credit: store credit toward another MyRingGuru item, or an exchange for a different size of the same style when stock allows. You pay the return-shipping label. We do not send free prepaid return labels.

Rings ordered just for you (delivered in 2–3 weeks) are not a change-of-mind return. If the size is wrong, Fit or Credit still applies.
Email ringguru@proton.me with your order number. Returns (when we ask you to ship the ring back) go to 1004 Parkway #421, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.
Other items — 30-day return
For non-ring items, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Exceptions
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on perishable goods, personalized engraving, personal-care goods, sale items, or gift cards. Rings ordered just for you stay on the Fit or Credit path above for size — they are not a free return because you changed your mind.
Exchanges (non-size)
The fastest way to get a different style is to return the item you have (if it qualifies), and once that return is accepted, place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected a return, and let you know if a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank can take longer to post it). Fit or Credit size claims are store credit or a size exchange, not an automatic card refund.
