We try our very best to make sure all inventory numbers are accurate and out of stock items are noted as such on this site in real time. However with several locations and online sales channels we sometimes unexpectedly run out of an item. In that case we will promptly refund your purchase our ask if you would like to substitute for another item. All orders will ship from one of our three locations. Most we try to ship from our fulfillment warehouse in California, however we may ship from our Great Smoky Mountains location in Tennessee, or our newest location in Chicago Illinois. We try and ship all orders within 2-3 business days.
