Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship to Canada or any other country.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate U.S. shipping: $6.99 for rings and $4.99 for gemstone bracelets. If an order has both rings and gemstone bracelets, combined shipping is $11.98. Orders with only one item type pay that type's single flat rate.
How fast will my order ship?
In-stock items are usually prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. Items marked Special Order (our newest / Extra Delivery Time collection) generally need 2–3 weeks before they ship. Check the product page for the timing on each item.
Why did my order arrive in two packages?
Rings and gemstone bracelets may ship from separate locations, so they can arrive in separate packages, sometimes a day or two apart. You get tracking for each package as it ships.
Do you offer 2-day shipping?
No. We don't promise 2-day shipping, especially on special-order items that take longer.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size at home?
Use our ring sizing guide. Two easy ways:
- Paper strip: wrap a thin strip of paper around the finger you'll wear the ring on, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimeters, and match it to inside circumference on the chart.
- A ring that already fits: measure straight across the inside in millimeters and match it to inside diameter on the chart.
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are a little larger. If your knuckle is bigger than the base of your finger, size for the knuckle.
What if I'm between sizes?
Choose the larger size — it is usually more comfortable. Stainless steel and titanium rings often feel a little snugger than softer metals like sterling silver, so measure carefully.
What size chart do you use?
Standard US ring sizes:
- US 4 – 14.9 mm inside diameter – 46.8 mm inside circumference
- US 5 – 15.7 mm – 49.3 mm
- US 6 – 16.5 mm – 51.9 mm
- US 7 – 17.3 mm – 54.4 mm
- US 8 – 18.1 mm – 57.0 mm
- US 9 – 19.0 mm – 59.5 mm
- US 10 – 19.8 mm – 62.1 mm
- US 11 – 20.6 mm – 64.6 mm
- US 12 – 21.4 mm – 67.2 mm
- US 13 – 22.2 mm – 69.7 mm
Half sizes sit halfway between the whole sizes.
Are your rings adjustable?
Most of our rings are sold in fixed US sizes — pick your size from the menu on the product page. A ring is adjustable only if its product page says so and it is not sold by size.
Wrong size? Fit or Credit
What happens if my ring doesn't fit?
We offer Fit or Credit:
- Store credit toward another MyRingGuru ring (or eligible MyRingGuru item) once we confirm your claim, or
- An exchange for a different size of the same style, when stock allows. You pay the return-shipping label.
We do not send free prepaid return labels.
How do I start a Fit or Credit claim?
- Email myringguru@proton.me with your order number and what went wrong (too big, too small, which finger).
- We reply with the options that apply: store credit and/or an exchange with a customer-paid label.
- For an exchange, ship the unused ring back with the label we specify; we send the new size when we receive it (or as we outline by email).
- For store credit, we apply credit or send a code once the claim is approved (and after we receive the ring, if we ask for it back).
Are there conditions?
The ring must be unused (a careful try-on is fine), in original condition, with tags/packaging if provided. One Fit or Credit claim per order line unless we say otherwise in writing.
Can I return a special-order ring because I changed my mind?
No. Special-order / newest-collection rings are not change-of-mind returns. If the size is wrong, Fit or Credit still applies.
What about items that aren't rings?
For non-ring items you have 30 days after you receive the item to request a return. It must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Where do returns go?
Only when we ask you to ship an item back: 3313 Cosby Hwy, Cosby, TN 37722.
What we sell
What metals do you sell?
- Sterling silver (.925) — most of our rings
- Stainless steel — rings, chains, necklaces and bracelets, including gold-tone 18k gold PVD plated stainless steel chains
- Tungsten — rings and wedding bands
We do not sell solid gold jewelry.
Are the stones real?
Each product page names its stone exactly. Cubic zirconia (CZ) is a lab-made stone. Lab opal means lab-created (synthetic) opal. Simulated means made to look like the named stone. Gemstone bracelets name their stone on each product page (see Birthstones we sell). We do not invent materials.
Does jewelry have healing or health effects?
No. Our jewelry is jewelry only. Stone meanings on our Birthstones page are traditional beliefs, not medical treatment.
Do you sell chains on their own?
Yes — stainless steel chains in several styles, widths and lengths (rope, box, cable and more), in silver tone and gold tone.
