How we do it

• Honest listings: we name the metal and stone exactly — CZ is CZ, lab opal is lab opal. We do not invent materials.
• Honest timing: in-stock items are usually prepared to ship within 2–3 business days. Special-order items say so on the product page and take longer.
• Fit or Credit: if a ring size is wrong, we offer store credit or a size exchange (Fit or Credit).
• US shipping only.
